My Mom moved to this facility in the winter of 2021 and she had been well cared for (spoiled even!) since then!
If there is a change in her medical condition or if she's had a fall, my sister or myself are notified promptly.
The facility provides transportation to her medical appointments, Life Enrichment will listen to her suggestions for resident outings, and the dietary staff staff is attentive to her needs.
All in all, my siblings and myself are happy with where our Mom is at and we wouldn't want her anywhere else.

I'm very pleased with Ciel Senior Living Memory Care. Ciel Senior Living Memory Care became my mother's new home nine months ago. We considered several places for my mother, but Ceil Senior Living Memory Care immediately stood out. I'm very pleased with the support and care they provide my mother. My mother has had her ups and downs in the last few months. Throughout it all, Ciel Memory Care has been a great partner to work with as we flex to meet my mother's changing needs. It is a well-led Memory Care facility. I'm impressed with the consistent dedication and compassionate care at all levels. Everyone focused on their job and patient care. My only regret is I wished I moved my mother sooner. Their understanding of dementia far exceeded mine. They are doing a great job caring for my mother and assisting her with advanced dementia.

I had to move my mom in during Covid 2 years ago and the staff really did a great job. The transition was wonderful. Two years later her her health deteriorated to the point she was placed on hospice. The care givers did an excellent and we’re very patient with her. She could get a little feisty. I could not ask for any better care. The entire staff is just a wonderful group of people .

I recently moved my 96-year-old mother to Fieldstone, Grandridge, after 2+ years in another facility. I was concerned about the transition, but believed, in time, she would come to realize the move was a good one for her. The entire process has gone much better than I could have ever imagined, due in large part to the Fieldstone Staff. These folks are truly amazing. They have gone out of their way to make my mother (and my family) feel a part of her new community. They make a point of ensuring she participates in daily activities and provide a weekly electronic update on all she has done. In short, my mother loves the place. A main reason for moving her was a desire for improved and expanded care. She is definitely getting it. We have seen a terrific improvement in her overall well-being, and she often comments, “The people here are really nice!” Yes, they are. After visiting with my mother, I can walk out the door knowing she is in very good hands, but also enjoying her new friends and surroundings.

We researched all of the care facilities in the area and Fieldstone was the best fit for him hands down!
On our tour, the staff spoke to Dad and not to us as if he wasn't there. His questions were answered warmly and not just recited as if from a manual.
We love how he has thrived at Fieldstone. He has stopped using his walker and is loving the friends and activities. He raves about the food too!
The staff is wonderful - everyone smiling and welcoming. We couldn't ask for a better place for Dad to be.
